A one-day introductory workshop ensuring that the trainee has a working knowledge of EFT to use for themselves, family and friends on a non-professional basis.

A two-day practitioner training workshop to enable the trainee have a thorough knowledge of the EFT techniques and to have an appreciation of other (non EFT) areas of knowledge or skills typically required to work as a competent practitioner.
